The commitment delay of "La Poste" on their Colissimo is 2 working days and a compensation for loss or damage from 23 €/kg (shipping included). If you want, we also offer you to insure your shipments. For this, you can choose a registered Colissimo from R1 to R5. Guarantees of each level are printed when selecting your carrier. In accordance with legal provisions, within 7 days from the receipt of your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal. You neither have to justify yourself nor to pay a financial penalty. Except for shipping and back, we will refund you with a Credit Slip as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days after your withdrawal.
Given the fragile nature of the products we sell, refund will be accepted only if the returned object has undergone no deterioration. For this reason, and to avoid any dispute, each object is carefully photographed at the time of shipment. These pictures are available on request from the customer service after the order is placed.
